Our standards

What we do

Face-to-face, done properly.

ZG builds and develops sales teams for face-to-face customer and donor acquisition. Our representatives work in person at retail, grocery, and event locations — explaining what they represent, answering questions honestly, and signing up the people who choose to move forward.

01

Trained before day one

Representatives learn the product, the standards they work to, and how to hold a real conversation before they ever speak with the public.

02

Coached continuously

Coaching continues after training — on the sales process, on objections, and on the standards teams are expected to hold in public.

03

Acquisition, in person

Every result comes from a conversation someone chose to have. People decide for themselves — our job is to be clear, accurate, and easy to talk to.

Training & standards

The standard is set before anyone speaks with the public

Two reputations are represented in every conversation: our client's and the location's. Training and coaching exist to protect both.

Identification

Representatives introduce themselves, say who they represent, and wear visible identification.

Presentation

Campaign apparel, tidy setups, and a defined dress and conduct standard.

Accuracy

The work is described exactly the way our client describes it. No exaggerated claims, no pressure.

Accountability

Performance and conduct are reviewed with leadership, and feedback from partners is addressed directly.

Our people

A growing team with serious standards

Most of the team started with no sales background. Targets go on the board, progress is tracked, and promotions get recognized in front of the room. People compete hard and still want each other to hit their numbers.

Careers

Learn sales properly, then lead

Communication, persuasion, objection handling, goal setting, and accountability — trained on a structured sales process and coached daily. People who develop others move into training and leadership. Advancement is based on performance and readiness, not tenure.
